This will provide us an opportunity to meet our newest participants, review housekeeping issues & any outstanding items, addressing questions, break up into teams for debriefing (Allen & Jan), and disseminate our payload of supplies that we need to transport to Guatemala (Allen is purchasing a used suitcase from Goodwill for dental supplies; you may consider the same for items you are bringing to give away, e.g. clothing, soccer balls, school supplies, books, etc. and be sure to check with your carrier regarding their policies for checked baggage so there are no surprises).
HOTEL: Please respond to Orvin’s past request for this information; we need this now. Disregard, if you have already responded. Thanks. Additionally, if you have advised me that you prefer a Homestay or Hostel, I have arranged, however, please confirm to ensure I have not forgotten anyone.

TRANSPORTATION: Please respond to Orvin’s past request for this information; we need this now. Disregard, if you have already responded. Remember, I need a copy of your flight itinerary so I can coordinate group transportation, especially to and from the airport, otherwise, you are on your own. Thanks.
EXCURSION: On Tuesday a trip to the Pacific Ocean is planned for those interested: it’s a fun trip! Cost is $50/person and only covers the transportation to the resort. You are responsible for the cost of your lunch. Bring your swimwear as the ocean or pool are possibilities!
GROUP FEE: Please provide me with your Group Fee of $150.00 per person on or before our Team Meeting. If you write a check, make it payable to: World Community Service (Memo: Rotary Guatemala Project). I prefer payment prior to the trip. Thanks!
MISC.: I will put together a list of last minute reminders and helpful hints and provide you a copy at the meeting.
LOS OLIVOS MEMBERS: You may disregard the Hotel & Transportation sections and I understand you will not attend the meeting. I will let you know of the group meeting time on Saturday, February 26th at Hotel San Jorge (most likely late morning).
